Physical Description: Short white hair and a colourless face. White skin with grey tongue. Wears circular wire specs with dark red lenses. Dresses in dark suits.
Wanted For: Cloning people to take over the world.



SKELETON KEY

General Alexei Sarov

Physical Description: Not big, but radiates power and control. Close-cut iron-grey hair with pale blue eyes, and an emotionless face. Dresses in suits.
Wanted For: Building a nuclear bomb.



EAGLE STRIKE

Damian Cray

Physical Description: Very short, jet-black hair (dyed). A round face with green eyes and a small nose positioned almost unnaturally in the centre of his face. Thick lips with perfect white teeth and blue-tinted specs. Probably has had plastic surgery.
Wanted For: Plotting to launch nuclear missiles



SCORPIA

Julia Charlotte Glenys Rothman

Physical Description: Black hair, upturned nose, long black hair in waves to shoulders. Brilliant dark eyes, blood-red lips and perfect teeth.
Wanted For: Heading project "Invisible Sword" and threatening the lives of thousands of children
